| County Recorders
The Peterborough Bird Club area covers 4 county recording areas - Northamptonshire, South Lincolnshire and the old counties of Cambridgeshire and Huntingdonshire. You may send your records direct to the relevant county recorder but all records submitted to PBC will be forwarded to the correct county recorder so it is not necessary to do both if you send to PBC. |
| Descriptions
For certain species some supporting notes are helpful. These should include where, when, how and under what conditions the bird was observed and include details about the appearance of the bird, its behaviour and sounds heard. See the PBC list for an indication of the species we recommend are submitted with supporting notes. These are marked with an asterisk. Details of formal County procedures for Cambridgeshire (and Hunts), including a rarities submission form and the composition of the County records committee are available on the Cambridgeshire Bird Club website. |
