2003
Scarce passage migrant, former breeder.
One very tame individual was at Hampton East Lake on 10 Aug (HB) and a single bird was heard calling over Morborne Hill on 14 Sep (SE). One was at the Nene Washes RSPB reserve on 29 Sep (JT) whilst at least one was recorded at Orton BP on 30 Sep (BHS).

2002
Scarce passage migrant, former breeder.
As with 2001, there were only three records. One at Monk's Wood NNR on 14 Jul (RPa), one with Meadow Pipits at Hampton West Lake on 10 Sep (BHS) and one at
Orton BP on 9 Oct (SPD).

2001
Scarce passage migrant, former breeder
Just three records, one in spring and two early autumn migrants. One at Ferry Meadows CP on 5 May (MJW), one over high flying east at Prior’s Fen GP on 15 Aug (GW) and another at the Nene Washes RSPB reserve car-park on 17 Aug (RSPB).


2000
Scarce migrant, has bred.
One was with 30 Meadow Pipits on 29 Sep at King's Dyke NR (GW). Doubtless other are overlooked on passage in such mixed flocks.
Two flew south at Castor Hanglands NNR on 1 Oct (JT) and one flew south over Werrington on 4 Oct (JT).

1999
Scarce migrant, has bred.
Spring migrants were recorded over the Nene Washes on 23 Apr, Belham Wood 24 Apr (BC), at Woodwalton Fen NNR on 26 Apr (CBR) and over Orton BP on 27 Apr (GRH)

1998
Scarce migrant, rare summer visitor.
A bird was singing on Milton Golf Course from 2-11 May (WEW), but there were no further sightings.
Nene Washes: A bird flew south calling on 3 Oct.
