2003	Vagrant. A typical record for a species that specialising in skulking in gardens away from the eager eyes of local birders: one appeared for ten minutes in a Bainton garden on 21 Apr (NM).
2002	No records. One in a birder’s garden in Stamford on 7 May (CP) was the only appearance of the cryptic avian anteater, which, unsurprisingly, was gone before anyone else could enjoy it.
2001	No records.
2000	Rare migrant. Spring records are not unexpected, but one at Washingley 6 Sep was a surprise (per ARF).
